One Powerful P​hilosophy
Jagadguruttam says, reflecting again and again on what is causing your suffering, or adversely thinking that I want to forget this problem, both these methods create a negative attachment and sentiments in the mind that further spread toxic thoughts inducing further states of stress, anger, depression and suffering.
Instead, overcome and negate these thoughts and thinking by utilizing your intellect to apply Vedic philosophy, bringing  further natural relief to the mind with the association of Divine subjects and matter.

A 3 part series for those who need answers. Roopdhyan meditation is the most effective and correct method of meditation for spiritual uplift per "Sanatan Dharam" aka Hinduism.  Jagadguruttam has routinely explained to gain control, put perspective on your "self" as the Soul, which is Divine, and focus on your personal relationship with God  (Love Happiness) personified in the enticing form of Shri Krishna creating with attention to detail his Divine form, abode etc. to the liking of your minds desires.

You are the genderless, formless entity known as the Jeev Shakti, or the Aatma | Soul which is the life force of this body & your consciousness the "Antaha-karan" its constituents being the mind & intellect. Understand that Shri Krishna is the Supreme form of personified God and the life force "Parm Atma", Soul of your Soul.
Radha is Shri Krishna - They are the absolute Divine Love personified in two forms to deliver the highest achievable bliss.

You are not the body
- It is Temporary
You are not the mind
- It is your instrument 
You are:
a Divine Eternal Soul

1.) Breathe

 Breathe in and out
slowly Raa-dheey
Feel the warmth of Divine Love radiating within You (the Soul) as you visualize a golden effulgence of radiating light.
It is the Essence of Divine Love, taking form in front of you as Radha. Her beauty is unmatched. Her loving eyes and bright smile are soothing your heart. She comes towards you, reaches out with her soft hands sweetly touching your face and says:
"Come Sakhi,
Shyam is waiting for You". 

You follow her as She disappears into a light leaving a faint fragrance.
You now see that
Radha's touch gave You
- The Soul-
​a Divine body.
Suddenly hearing a melodious tune coming from the light you follow it to your "Safe Space". 
- This is Your Divine Vrindaban.
You are in YOUR Divine Home Vrindaban. Take in the scene around you, the fragrant air, everything radiates Divine Bliss.
While enjoying the pleasant scenery, you feel a strong presence of someone behind you.

2.) Bring in Love

Turning quickly you hold out your hands as you stumble, but someone has caught you. There is an electric surge of bliss as they quickly grab hold of your forearm and waist to steady your body. Looking up, your eyes meet those of ....
YOUR
​Soul Mate
-Krishna
. 
He is glowing with an attractive Divine beauty. His clothes charmingly flutter with the breeze. You take in a sharp breath and instantly notice the various hints of tones in His fragrance. Indulging in the nectar of this moment you are stuck staring into His Divine eyes. He smiles sweetly and it reflects in His bright eyes that are tinged red.
He's so Happy to see you.
You notice that His eyes are watery as tears delicately trace His face like diamonds, before you can think -He's enwrapped you in a most loving embrace!  


He says to you:
"Don't Worry Anymore,
I am Here, I Am Always with You!" 

Softly separating while holding your shoulders He looks into your eyes and says:
"You have no idea.... How Much
I Love You!"

3.) Release

He saw your worried look and held you immediately hiding His tears.
Seeing this. The humility and kindness of the All Mighty Supreme God, in this most  intimate personal form, that He took for you.
Seeing His sweet innocence has just completely captured your heart.
You are so enwrapped in Divine Love & Bliss .....

 He Loves Me! You instantly begin to cry as you reach to gently wipe His tears, you express to Him:
I'm so sorry I forgot that I am a Divine Soul, that you're Waiting For me.
I forgot that you feel not only my  pain, but in every moment you are feeling the troubles and pains of all living beings.
There is no one in existence who is more troubled by the pain of others, than He.
You want to make Him smile. To develop real Love so that you can reciprocate. 


Oh, My Dearest Friend, My Soul Beloved
 I want to love and serve you purely. To see you in all living beings. Please, let me love & serve you in this life, in this moment. 

We recommend taking a moment to close your eyes, revisit the scenes and indulge your senses in meditation with Naam Sankirtan.

Download the E-Books or physical books to read (everyone reads in the bathroom), watch discourse videos or listen to audio lectures & Sankirtan, do your breathing and mental Radhey chanting.
Official JKP Pracharak, Siddheshvari Didi Ji encourages us to memorize Sankirtans, Bhakti Shatak, Trayodashi etc. and to revise and contemplate them throughout the day.

Scientific research proves that the effects of meditation on the brain include releasing "happy" chemicals that improve mood, relieve body pain, tension and improve healing, speeding recovery time. These effects are enhanced when the practitioner involves visual meditation and their senses which is the authentic Vedic practice of meditation that Jagadguruttam has clarified and re-established as "Roopdhyan".

Jagadguruttam wrote, composed and sung a most alluring devotional poem for meditating on the Divine infinite beauty of Shyam Sundar through the eyes of Shri Radha during their first encounter when they graced this earth over 500 years ago.  In the recording to the right of "Sakhi Ik, Sapno Dekhyo Raat" Jagadguruttam instructs all devotees to sing aloud, if not aloud than whisper, if not a whisper than silently sing in your mind and meditate before bed, paying attention to form detailed imagery, hear the sounds, inhale the Divine fragrances and absorb the loving sentiments of Radha Krishnas meeting.  

Shri Maharaji has also recounted numerous times that those on the path of devotion should have the best Sleep!

As Devotees,
​We Know That The Only One's Who Can Truly Bring Peace Are God & His Saints.

It is our life's goal and sole purpose to progress in our path, following Sadhak Savdhani
as best as we can, aiming for every action and word spoken to be in service to Hari Guru. 

Revise the Philosophy:
He is with us, and within all other souls- having this unbiased respect for everyone, revising & relating the philosophy to our daily lives. In time the reaction of maintaining our Sadhana practice and applying it daily becomes evident in the growing strength of our connection with Hari Guru which is often subliminally (through our behaviour) and occasionally physically (naturally speaking about philosophy) passed in our interactions automatically bringing encouragement, inspiration and uplift to others.

You see, as instruments to the causelessly merciful, benevolent forces of Divine Bliss, although we have not yet found completeness, we are still very capable to serve them and by serving we spread their Divine Bliss.

Through philosophy we can help to make sense and ease the pain of those in our circles. Being physically involved in our communities through volunteer work serving food,  join clean up's, hosting Sadhana Sessions (Satsangs) etc. will bring you peace and a sense of purpose that you are capable of making positive changes in our environment and community. But, always be alert and on the look out for pride. Be careful to perform these activities with our focus being development of Sadhana Bhakti, attributing our activities as a direct duty and service, completed with utmost care in consideration of pleasing Hari Guru. Attribute all good acts to the grace of Hari Guru, I am incompetent they are perfect and all good that I do is due to their influence and grace on me. In this way, we WILL experience and find an increased sense of joy with feelings of closeness to our Divine beloveds. 
​
The power of focused meditation (Roopdhyan) on the loving forms of Divine Bliss, has multiple scientific benefits (more info coming soon to Sadhana section) on the body and mind which positively effect and assist us in daily life.  When combined with revision of Siddhant (philosophy) and the practice of reflection, knowing and being aware of our mental states of mind as explained, guided and prescribed by Jagadguruttam, we are empowered to control our instinctive reactions mitigating through life's adversities and seemingly stressful situations with growing ease, patience- Spiritual strength of forbearance. Keep in mind that these are not methods and tools for coping, these are solutions for changing an eternity of bad habits and material outlook, it will not happen overnight. Keep at it and naturally the neutral outlook while maintaining a state of mind absorbed in bliss will occur!
This is an achievement only attainable through Sadhana Bhakti Practice with the Grace of HARI GURU.

Thus we must all keep up our Sadhana, Sing Out Loud the names and glories of the Divine and stay immersed in the name of "Radhey" breathing indulging in the bliss of Roopdhyan whenever we can - with no hesitations!
